Noonan Ranch Conservation Bank

The Muzzy Ranch Conservation Bank is located on 1,289
acres of the Jepson Prairie east of Fairfield and North of Highway 12 in Solano County. The Bank contains some of the last remaining untouched vernal pool habitat in Northern California. The Bank is authorized by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and California Department of Fish and Wildlife to provide credits to compensate for impacts to vernal pool species, California tiger salamander, San Joaquin Valley Orcutt grass, burrowing owl nesting and foraging habitat, Swainson's hawk and other raptor foraging habitat, and Delta green ground beetle.

The Noonan Ranch Conservation Bank is located on 189 acres along Jepson Parkway, east of Fairfield in Solano County. The Bank is authorized by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to provide credits to compensate for impacts to vernal pool species, California tiger salamander and Contra Costa goldfields. The bank is well suited to mitigate for federal projects.
